Starbucks - Downtown East

Came here at 20:19. During my recent visit to Starbucks, i was impressed with the service provider by one of their staff members, Fahm. (Nametag) This staff member was incredibly knowledgeable about the various drinks on the menu, even took the time to recommend some options based on my preferences. What stood out to me was the staff's patience and kindness. Even with a crowd, she remained polite and kind, showing great customer service skills. We need more people like her. Overall, my pleasant experience at starbucks was largely due to the excellent service provided. Thank you

Fantastic outlet. Spacious and clean. Had the tiramisu cake and an order of oat milk latte grande size. Was able to enjoy the cake and drink in peace on a Sunday afternoon which is rather rare for Starbucks. The vibe and ambience is typical Starbucks which is great. Would return.

Starbucks at Downtown East is different from other outlets because of Marlon who stands out when it comes to Customer Service. He is always smiling, very enthusiastic and passionate about what he does and would even bring my drink to me if i am busy with other matters. It indeed is a pleasant experience at Starbucks Downtown East when Marlon is on duty. Thank you for making my experience there a great one !

It’s Xmas season and the place has nice merchandise. The salted caramel chocolate cake was divine. We ordered the strawberry cake but it started to ‘melt’ and become soggy. When we raised it, the crew offered us another piece of the same cake. We were uncomfortable as the mannerism from one of the Malay guys was abrupt and he looked upset too. We did not want the same strawberry cake to prevent risk of eating another soggy cake. They then exchanged it for a salted caramel cake. Overall, I’ve always had a good experience at Starbucks here but the attitude of this staff was a turn off as he was not mindful

Starbucks Downtown East LOVE the coffee.. nice ambience. Cosy... Comfortable sofa seats indoor and outdoo. Busy place. The staff are very nice and friendly and polite towards customers. Fast service and clean area, great background music the volume of the music is just nice. We usually come at night and usually order Carame machiatto Frap coffee. Speedy service getting my coffee order is quick & I can often find a seat mostly anytime at night.

Pure matcha frappe low fat milk less sweet no whipped cream is my favourite drink. the pistachio iced shaken latte is so so good

I have been to this Starbucks many times and it is always a pleasant experience. The staff are all very professional and genuinely helpful. Yi Xin in particular, is both approachable and skillful as a barista. She has a detailed knowledge of the drink options, which allows me to order to my preferences and special dietary requirements without hassle. The environment of the cafe is also very warmly lit and conducive for both relaxation or work/study.

Love love love everything about this Starbucks outlet! The staff were so nice & helpful in recommending me hot tea because I wasn't very familiar with their drinks menu as I am not too caffeine tolerant. However, I decided to break the food restrictions I have been imposing on myself for almost a year or so due to medical reasons. And I wasn't about to be disappointed when I received a gigantic cup of Earl Grey hot tea! I also decided to order some finger food to go with this afternoon tea. And they do allow refills of hot water for tea. I also love their chamomile tea which had a very refreshing minty note to it. Highly recommended place to unwinding after a stressful day of work!
